When you sign up for a free trial, the setup wizard will prompt you for information about your business – including locations, employees, and managers – so your trial is customised for you.

How Often Will I Be Billed?

After your 30-day free trial, you decide that InfobizClock is the right solution for your business, you’ll need to add credit to your account to cover the next month of usage. Going forward, you’ll be billed monthly from the date you first added funds to your account.

You can set up an auto-recharge for your account, which will automatically charge your credit card once your account credit drops below a certain threshold. That threshold, and the amount your account is topped up, is up to you.

If My Staff numbers Vary, How Does Billing Work?

Your monthly subscription cost is based on your unique package you rostered when subscribing. For example, in January you had 20 employees, but now they are less than 20, your monthly cost is constant applicable to Starter and Premiumrespectively.

How Does SmS Notification Work?

You have the option of notifying your staff of their shifts, or communicating important information with them via email and SMS in InfobizClock.

It’s free to send emails from InfobizClock, and for your employees to respond to those emails. The SMS charges are not deducted from your account balance as messages are sent. Therefore, you have to top up your account in order to do so.

I need Time and Attendance, Which Plan Should I Go for?

All three of our packages offer full time and attendance functionality, including access to our facial recognition time clock, GPS tagged clock-ins and timesheet management. Start a free trial to see for yourself.

How Do I Cancel My Account?

To cancel your account, you’ll need to log in to your account, and navigate to the Billing page. Once you’re there, just click the Cancel subscription button. You’ll be asked to provide some feedback as to why you’re cancelling (optional) and to confirm your cancellation.

Once your account is cancelled, any auto-recharges you’ve set up will be switched off, and no further billing will be issued.
